【摘要】 目的:评价硝苯地平控释片联合增减地黄方对高血压的临床疗效及心室重构的影响。方法:将入选的180例高血压患者随机分为观察组103例和对照组77例,对照组口服硝苯地平控释片(30 mg/人/天),观察组给予硝苯地平控释片联合增减地黄方治疗,连续用药两个月,对比两组患者临床疗效和心室重构变化。结果观察组和对照组治疗高血压的临床总有效率为无显著差别影响。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后SBP、DBP均显著下降(P<0.05),而且观察组SBP、DBP、心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后血清血脂水平无明显变化,而观察组治疗后血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平显著低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的LVEDD和LVESD均有缩小趋势,同时LVMW显著减轻(P<0.05)。硝苯地平控释片配伍增减地黄方对于LVMW的降低作用显著优于单用硝苯地平控释片(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组可以降低高血压伴发心血管事件发生率(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片联合增减地黄方治疗高血压疗效确切,能减慢心率,降低血脂,能有效减少心室重构,减少心血管事件,值得进一步研究以便临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nifedipine on ventricular remodeling in hypertension patints and its clinical efficacy. Methods: 180 patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group of 103 cases and a control group of 77 cases,the control group oral nifedipine,study group treated with nifedipine combined traditional Chinese medicine.
