【摘要】 目的:探讨中医辨证联合西药对视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效观察及安全性评价。方法:按照随机数字表法将本组纳入的68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组采用中医辨证联合西药治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。两组疗程均为12周。对比分析两组视力治疗前后变化,治疗后疗效,治疗前后血液流变学水平及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗后视力0.8~1.0之间患者显著多于对照组,且具有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗12周后总有效率(94.12%)显著高于对照组(70.59%),且具有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、红细胞压积较治疗前显著降低,且显著低于对照组,具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:中医辨证联合西药对视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,临床用药安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of TCM syndrome differentiation and Western medicine for central retinal vein occlusion. Methods: According to the random number table,68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 34) and control group( n = 34). The treatment group used TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine and Western medicine alone in the control group. The treatment lasted 12 weeks. The two groups’ vision changes before and after treatment,treatment efficacy,the level of blood rheology and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment,vision between 0. 8 to 1. 0 patients in the treatment group were significantly more than the control group’s,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). The total efficiency of the treatment group after 12 weeks( 94. 12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 70. 59%),with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). The whole blood viscosity after treatment,low shear,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were significantly lower than those before treatment and significantly lower than those of the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Significant adverse reactions during treatment did not occur. Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and Western Medicine on central retinal vein occlusion have significant effect,with no significant adverse reactions.
