【摘要】 目的:观察赖氏"通元针法"结合中药治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将68例不孕症患者采用随机对照方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用赖氏"通元针法"结合中药治疗;对照组单纯口服中药治疗。3个月经周期后观察临床疗效、卵泡最大直径情况、雌二醇、孕酮等各项指标。结果:治疗组痊愈24例,好转4例,无效4例,总有效率87.5%;对照组分别为16例、9例和5例,总有效率83.3%。针药组疗效优于单纯中药组(P<0.05)。两组在血清雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡最大直径等方面较治疗前均有明显的改善,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:针药结合治疗不孕症患者疗效优于单纯中药治疗,说明针刺具有明显增效作用,可提高妊娠率,降低流产率,值得进一步的推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Lai’s Tongyuan acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal decoction on infertility. Methods: 68 infertility patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Lai’s Tongyuan acupuncture treatment and Chinese herbal decoction and the control group with the Chinese herbal decoction only. Therapeutic effect,the largest follicle diameter,estradiol and progesterone were observed after three menstrual cycles. Results: Of the treatment group,24 were clinically cured,4 improved and 4 ineffective and the total efficiency was 87. 5%. Of the control group,16 were clinically cured,9 improved and 5 ineffective and the total efficiency was 83. 3%. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). The largest follicle diameter,estradiol and progesterone were significantly improved after treatments in these two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined Chinese herbal decoction is better than the Chinese herbal decoction only. The acupuncture has obvious synergistic effect.
