【摘要】 目的:观察针刺联合异丙酚应用于胃镜检查对患者术中应激反应影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2014年10月收治的需行胃镜检查患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组100例,观察组采取针刺联合异丙酚麻醉,对照组给予异丙酚,比较两组患者术中不同时刻血压、心率等指标变化,并比较两组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组诱导后、检查开始时、检查5 min时刻平均动脉压、心率及血氧饱和度均更为平稳,P<0.05。观察组胃镜检查术中应激反应防治效果优良率99例(99.0%),均高于对照组91例(91.0%),P<0.05。观察组异丙酚总量及苏醒时间均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组不良反应3例(3.0%)低于对照组11例(11.0%,χ2=4.916,P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合异丙酚应用于胃镜检查可显著抑制术中应激反应,且不良反应少,临床应用安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with propofol on the prevention of stress reaction in gastroscopy examination. Methods: 200 patients needed gastroscopy examination in our hospital in January 2014- October 2014 were selected as the research objects. And then they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group. The observation group adopted acupuncture combined with propofol anesthesia while control group were given propofol to compare changes of blood pressure,heart rate and other indicators at different time between the two groups of patients and to compare the rate of adverse reactions. Result: The mean arterial pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation of observation group after induction,at the beginning of checking and after 5min were more stable,P < 0. 05. The excellent and good rate of stress group gastroscopy reaction control effect was 99 cases( 99%) and lower than the control group of91 cases( 91%),P < 0. 05. The total amount of propofol and the recovery time of observation group were lower than the control group,P < 0. 05. The observation group ’3 cases( 3%) of adverse reactions were lower than control group of 11 cases( 11%,) χ2= 4. 916,P < 0. 05.
