【摘要】 目的:观察益气温阳、活血利水法治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将中医辨证属气虚血瘀、阳虚水泛的急性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加载具有益气温阳、活血利水作用的强心合剂口服,7 d后观察疗效。结果:两组患者中医证候积分和血浆BNP水平具有显著性差异,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加载中医益气温阳、活血利水法可以改善急性心力衰竭中医证候积分和血浆BNP水平,是一种有效的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Tonifying Qi and warming Yang,promoting blood and diuresis in treatment of acute heart failure. Methods: The TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,Yang pan water acute heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group with routine western medicine therapy,the treatment group oral loading Qiangxin Mixture with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui role,on the basis of routine treatment,observation of curative effect in 7 days. Results: The two groups of syndromes and plasma BNP level has significant difference,the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment,loading the yiqiwen Yang,promoting blood and diuresis can improve the acute heart failure TCM syndrome integral and plasma BNP level,is an effective means of treatment.更多还原
