【摘要】 目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:按随机分组的方法将60例进展期胃癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组在PCF方案化疗治疗基础上应用参芪扶正注射液,对照组只采用PCF方案治疗,具体用药剂量及方法与治疗组相同。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为60.00%、56.67%,经χ2检验两者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.067,P>0.05);在免疫学指标方面,治疗组治疗前后T细胞亚群变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后T细胞亚群变化均有统计学意义,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8较治疗前降低(P<0.05),CD8较治疗前升高(P<0.05);在外周血象方面,治疗组治疗前后血象变化无统计学意义,对照组治疗后WBC、NE、PLT及Hb较治疗前降低(P<0.05);在毒副反应方面,治疗组和对照组引起消化道反应、肝肾方面的损害,但对照组损害程度低于治疗组(P<0.05),且两组治疗前后在体质量、生存质量的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗尽管在近期疗效方面与对照组无异,但其能显著提高进展期胃癌患者的免疫功能和提高他们的生活质量,并减轻化疗带来的毒副反应,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of extension of gastric cancer. Methods: 60 cases with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the method of randomization,30 cases in each group. The patients of the treatment group were given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of PCF chemotherapy and the patients of the control group were only treated with PCF program. The specific dosage and method were the same to that of the treatment group. Results: The effects of the treatment group and the control group were 60. 00% and 56. 67% and there was no statistical significance between the two groups by χ2test( χ2= 0. 067,P > 0. 05). In immunology indicators,the T cell subsets before and after treatment of the treatment group had no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). The T cell subsets before and after treatment of the control group had statistical significance and CD3、CD4and CD4/ CD8 were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). CD8 was higher than that before treatment( P < 0. 05). In terms of peripheral blood,the change in blood before and after treatment of the treatment group had no statistical significance. The WBC,NE,PLT and Hb after treatment of the control group were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). In terms of toxicity,the treatment group and the control group had gastrointestinal reactions and liver and kidney damage,but the extent of the damage of the control group was less than that of the treatment group( P < 0. 05) and the two groups before and after treatment in weight and quality of life were statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Although Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy had no difference with the control group in terms of short- term effect. It can significantly improve immune function and quality of life of advanced gastric cancerand can reduce the toxicity caused by chemotherapy. It was worth to apply in clinic.更多还原
