【摘要】 目的:评价畲医针刺疗法治疗头风痧的疗效,验证其有效性及优势。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用畲医针刺疗法,对照组采用西医药物治疗,两组均以10天1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,疗程间间隔5天,观察治疗前后头痛积分及VAS变化情况,评价疗效。结果:近期疗效:治疗组有效率81.16%,对照组70.31%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);远期疗效:治疗组有效率71.01%,对照组62.50%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:畲医针刺疗法治疗头风痧有明确疗效,近期、远期疗效均优于对照组,是治疗头风痧的有效疗法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the Toufengsha patients treated with acupuncture of She-national medicine and test the effectiveness and the superiority. Methods: The cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and the control group was treated with drugs. There were 10 days for a course of treatment each with a 5 days’ break. The continuous treatment was processed for 3 courses. We observed the changes of VAS and the number of headache attacks,headache duration and so on. Results: For the short- term effect: the total efficiency of the treatment group was 81. 16% and that of the control group was70. 31%. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). For the long- term effect,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 71. 01% and that of the control group was 62. 50%. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The acupuncture therapy has positive effect on the Toufengsha patients.Both the short- term and the long- term effects were superior to those of the control group.
