【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:将46例老年抑郁症患者采用数字表法随机分为两组,对照组(n=23)单用西酞普兰治疗,观察组(n=23)在对照组基础上联合中医辨证治疗,比较两组治疗前后Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后2、4周后有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗8周后观察组总有效率为91.30%,显著高于对照组的73.91%(χ2=9.204,P<0.05);观察组治疗后2、4、8周后HAMD评分分别为(16.76±2.00)分、(12.28±1.87)分和(8.45±1.71)分,均显著低于对照组的(21.88±1.90)分、(18.65±1.79)分和(15.43±1.89)分(t=5.63,6.38和7.27,均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,且安全性高,具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of integrative medicine in treatment of senile depression and the safety analysis. Methods: 46 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups by number table. The control group( n = 23) was given Citalopram alone while the observation group( n = 23) used TCM treatment on the basis of the control group. We compared Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HAMD) score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy and adverse events between the two groups. Results: 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,there was no significant efficiency difference( P > 0. 05).
