【摘要】 为制定畲医湿秽痧诊疗规范和发痧的关健技术应用,科学地评价畲医治疗湿秽痧的临床疗效。通过研究及参考总结以往畲医药的相关研究成果,统一规范畲医湿秽痧的病因病机,辨痧的项目和方法,湿秽痧的临床分型,发痧的治疗方法和关健技术的应用,临床验证方法和对照组的设计。从而全面阐述发痧的科学内涵和临床意义,指导临床正确诊断、分型、治疗湿秽痧,掌握发痧的关健技术和临床疗效研究。以此举一反三,推进其他痧症的规范化研究和技术推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 We make the application of key technology of Fasha and clinics norms of damp measles in She medicine and evaluate their clinical effects of damp measles by therapy in She medicine scientifically. Through the study and summary of relevant research results of the past She medicine,we have standardized etiology and pathogenesis of damp measles in She medicine,method of syndrome differentiation,clinical classification,treatment methods and application of key technologies on Fasha,methods of clinical validation and design of the control group. Therefore,we comprehensively elaborated the scientific connotation and significance of clinic,which can guide correct diagnosis,clinical typing and treatment of damp measles and grasp the key technical and clinical curative effect study of Fasha. And then,we drew inferences about this case and promoted the standardization research and technology diffusion about others.更多还原
