【摘要】 目的探讨应用改良方法预防白内障术后眼内感染的效果。方法选取2011年1月-2012年12月接受白内障手术患者为A组,2013年1~12月接受白内障手术患者为B组,2014年1~6月接受白内障手术患者为C组。A组送入手术室前20min用庆大霉素稀释液洗眼,入手术室后再次洗眼并应用0.5%碘伏消毒眼周皮肤;B组送入手术室前20min用和A组相同的药液洗眼,并于结膜囊内滴入0.1%聚维酮碘消毒液,入手术室后再次洗眼,应用0.5%聚维酮碘消毒眼周皮肤;C组在B组的基础上于术前5min在结膜囊内滴入0.1%聚维酮碘消毒液。比较3组术后眼内感染发生率。结果 C组患者未发生术后感染。结论白内障手术应用0.1%聚维酮碘消毒液进行2次结膜囊消毒并用0.5%聚维酮碘消毒眼周皮肤,可有效预防术后感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of improved method in preventing intraocular infection after cataract surgery.Methods Patients with cataract surgeries in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were set as group A,from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as group B,and from January 2014 to July 2014 were set as group C.All the patients were given eye wash with gentamicin at 20 minutes before entering the operation room.Group A was given 0.5% povidone iodine to disinfect the skin around the eyes after entering the operation room.Group B was given conjunctival sac instillation with0.1%povidone iodine disinfection solution at 20 minutes before entering the operation room and 0.5% povidone iodine to disinfect the skin around the eyes after eye wash again after entering the operation room.Group C was given conjunctival sac instillation with 0.1% povidone iodine disinfection solution at 5minutes before operation at the base of group B.The incidence of intraocular infection of 3groups were compared.Results No patient in group C had eye infection after operation.Conclusions Cataract surgery with conjunctival sac instillation with 0.1% povidone iodine disinfection solution 2times and 0.5% povidone iodine to disinfect the skin around eye can effectively prevent postoperative infection.更多还原
