【摘要】 目的观察补肺健脾中药联合维生素D预防毛细支气管炎后喘息的临床疗效。方法将住院确诊为毛细支气管炎患儿100例在痊愈出院时按出院顺序随机分成2组,各50例,治疗组给予中药和维生素D,对照组吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂,随访1年,统计2组发生喘息性疾病的病例数、发作次数,出院后1年行肺功能检测。结果治疗组发生喘息性疾病的病例数、发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);各项肺功能指标明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论补肺健脾中药联合维生素D能改善毛细支气管炎后气道阻塞,预防反复喘息,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of tonifying lung and invigorating spleen herbs combined with vitamin D in the prevention of reoccurrence of asthmatic after bronchiolitis. Methods 100 cases of children in hospital who were diagnosed with capillary bronchitis were divided into two groups according to their order of leaving hospital,50 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine and vitamin D,while the control group inhaled Fluticasone Propionate Aerosol. After one year follow-up,the number of cases of children with asthmatic diseases and the number of occurrence were calculated and the lung function was examined 1 year after leaving hospital. Results The number of cases of children with asthmatic diseases and the number of occurrence in the treatment group was significantly less than those in the control group( P<0. 05). All lung function indexes were improved obviously,and the differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Conclusion Tonifying lung and invigorating spleen herbs combined with vitamin D can improve bronchus obstruction after capillary bronchitis and can definitely prevent repeated asthmatic.更多还原
