七叶皂苷纳合脊柱微创镇痛术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

【摘要】 目的:观察七叶皂苷钠静滴合脊柱微创镇痛术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:选择2014年1月-2015年1月本院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例,治疗组采用七叶皂苷钠合脊柱微创镇痛术疗法,对照组只采用脊柱微创镇痛术,观察比较两组疗效及不良反应等情况。结果:治疗组治疗后1周下腰痛评分低于对照组、治疗前及治疗后3个月,疗效优于对照组及治疗后3个月,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组疗效及下腰痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:七叶皂苷钠能明显提高脊柱微创镇痛术对腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Sodium Aescinate combined with minimally invasive spine analgesia in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc hemiation(LDH).Method:60 patients with LDH in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with each group 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with Sodium Aescinate combined with minimally invasive spine analgesia.The control group was treated with minimally invasive spine analgesia.The treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Result:One week after the treatment,the score of low back pain of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,that before treatment and that 3 months after the treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group and that 3 months after the treatment,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the treatment,the differences in the curative effect and scores of low back pain between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Sodium Aescinate in LDH patients with minimally invasive spine analgesia can improve the short-term effects.
