2型糖尿病基因诊断的研究进展
Advances Researches on Gene Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
【摘要】 2型糖尿病是一种典型的代谢性疾病,遗传因素是其主要的发病原因,传统的诊断方法很容易造成漏诊、误诊而耽误最佳治疗时机。基因诊断是利用分子遗传学技术在DNA或RNA水平上对某一基因突变进行分析从而对某些疾病进行诊断的一种方法,其具有直接诊断性、早期诊断性、高特异性、高灵敏性等优点,弥补了传统诊断的不足之处而被广泛应用。因此,从基因角度对糖尿病进行诊治,显得格外必要和有意义。
【Abstract】 Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a typical metabolic disease,genetic factors are the main causes of the disease,traditional diagnostic methods are easy to cause missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis and thus delay the best treatment time.Genetic diagnosis is a method of using molecular genetic techniques to analyze the mutation of a gene in DNA or RNA levels and to diagnose certain diseases.It is widely used because its advantages of direct diagnosis, early diagnosis, with high specificity and sensitivity, which make up for the shortcomings of traditional diagnosis. So, it is quite essential and meaningful that we make diagnosis and treatment of diabetes from the perspective of gene.
