术前Hookwire和亚甲蓝双定位在胸腔镜治疗肺部磨玻璃病变中的应用
Application of Preoperative Double Localization by Hookwire and Methylene Blue for Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery Treatment of Pulmonary Ground-glass Opacities
【摘要】 目的:通过分析术前Hookwire和亚甲蓝双定位技术的成功率和应用后手术时间的变化,评价其在胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗肺部磨玻璃病变(GGO)中应用的意义。方法:选取大连市第五人民医院2012年1月-2015年3月GGO患者共计166例,其中112例术前采取CT定位下的Hookwire和亚甲蓝注入并行胸腔镜手术治疗作为定位组,另有54例作为对照组直接手术,比较两组的中转开胸率和手术时间。结果:定位组的楔形切除术时间和中转开胸率分别为(45.05±10.25)min、0.89%,对照组分别为(65.41±9.37)min、9.26%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜治疗GGO的术前Hookwire和亚甲蓝双定位技术安全简便,能够缩短手术时间,减少中转开胸率。
【Abstract】 Objective:To research the success rate of preoperative double localization by Hookwire and methylene blue and the surgery time,then evaluate the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) treatment of pulmonary ground-glass opacities(GGO).Method:166 cases of GGO in the Fifth Hospital of Dalian were selected from January 2012 to March 2015.112 cases of them were given routine preoperative under CT localization Hookwire and methylene blue injection before video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery as the localization group and another 54 cases were given directly surgeries as the control group.Conversion thoracotomy rate and surgery time of two groups were investigated.Result:The surgery time of wedge resection and the conversion thoracotomy rate of localization group was reseparately(45.05±10.25)min and 0.89%, while those of control group was respectively(65.41±9.37)min and 9.26%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative Hookwire and methylene blue dual-localization are the safe and simple technology which can shorten the surgery time and reduce conversion thoracotomy rate.
