【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童颌骨骨折托槽牵引治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的31例儿童颌骨骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者均实施托槽牵引治疗。结果:治疗总有效率为90.32%,治疗后患者的菌斑指数、软垢指数、牙龈指数评分均高于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现感染和咬合错乱等,经随访患者均未出现明显的发育受限和继发畸形等现象。结论:对儿童颌骨骨折患者予以托槽牵引治疗可以获得良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of braces traction in children with jaw fracture.Method:The clinical data of 31 children with jaw fracture in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given the treatment of braces traction.Result:The total effective rate was 90.32%.The scores of plaque index,debris index and gingival index after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients had no infection and occlusal disorder.During the follow-up there were no patients with growth restriction and secondary deformity.Conclusion:Braces traction in children with jaw fracture can obtain good effect.更多还原
