ApoC-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性探析
Exploration of the Relationship between Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of ApoC-Ⅲ Promoter C-482T,T-455C and Type 2 Diabetes
【摘要】 目的:分析探究2型糖尿病与Apo C-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性的相关性。方法:选择2012年9月-2014年9月在本院接受治疗的50例2型糖尿病患者作为试验组,并选取同期50例接受健康体检的正常人作为对照组,分别检测两组Apo C-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性,对比分析两组C-482T、T-455C基因型与等位基因之间的频率情况及T-455C与C-482T各基因型间Apo C-Ⅲ的浓度情况。结果:两组C-482T、T-455C等位基因C含量与T含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组T-455C与C-482T各基因型的Apo C-Ⅲ浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组-482TT基因型的Apo C-Ⅲ浓度高于其-482CT基因型的Apo C-Ⅲ浓度,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病的发病与Apo C-Ⅲ启动子C-482T和T-455C单核苷酸多态性之间并不存在相关性,但健康人体内的C-482T多态性与其血清Apo C-Ⅲ水平的变化之间存在一定的联系。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of Apo C-Ⅲ promoter C-482 T,T-455 C and type 2 diabetes.Method:50 patients with type 2 diabetes who accepted treatment in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the test group,50 health people who accepted health examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of C-482 T and T-455 C of the two groups were detected.The frequency of genotype and allele of C-482 T and T-455 C in the two groups,the concentration of Apo C-Ⅲ in different genotypes of C-482 T and T-455 C were analyzed and compared.Result:The differences in the content of C,T in C-482 T and T-455 C of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in concentrations of Apo C-Ⅲ in different genotypes of C-482 T and T-455 C of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group,the concentration of Apo C-Ⅲ in genotype of-482 TT was higher than that in genotype of-482 CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of Apo C-Ⅲ promoter C-482 T,T-455 C and type 2 diabetes.But in the health people,the polymorphism of C-482 T has a relationship with the level of serum Apo C-Ⅲ.
