【摘要】 目的:探讨扶元乳膏穴位敷贴配合护理干预对围绝经期骨量减少患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择本院妇科在2010年5月-2013年8月收治的70例围绝经期妇女作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。两组患者均给予扶元乳膏穴位敷贴,分别贴于大椎、至阳、关元、膻中四个穴位,1 g/穴,1次/d。观察组在给予扶元乳膏的同时进行护理干预。两组患者同时观察10周。记录比较两组患者治疗前后的SDS和SAS评分以及生活质量评分。结果:两组患者治疗前的SAS和SDS评分及生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗10周后,两组患者的SAS和SDS评分较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组的下降幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛评分均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组各生活质量评分升高幅度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗配合护理干预较单纯的中医治疗更能改善围绝经期妇女的心理状态,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of acupoint sticking with Fu Yuan Cream and nursing intervention on the quality of life for patients with osteopenia perimenopausal.Method:70 perimenopausal women admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to August 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were given acupoint sticking with Fu Yuan Cream,were posted on the dazhui,zhiyang,guanyuan,danzhong,1 g per hole,once a day.The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of Fu Yuan Cream therapy.The two groups were observed at the same time for 10 weeks.The SDS and SAS scores,the quality of life score between the two grous before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the SDS scores,SAS scores and quality of life score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment,the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,physical pain of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with pure Chinese medicine treatment,TCM treatment with nursing intervention can improve the mental state and the quality of life of perimenopausal women.更多还原
