胎儿生长受限胎盘及正常足月胎儿胎盘中激活素受体的表达水平及其临床分析

【摘要】 目的:检测胎儿生长受限胎盘及正常足月胎儿胎盘中激活素受体的表达,分析激活素受体表达与胎儿生长受限的关系。方法:选取16例足月胎儿生长受限胎盘作为观察组和正常足月胎盘组织15例作为对照组,胎盘组织采用HE染色法分析,胎盘组织中激活素受体的表达部位采用免疫组织化学法分析,并进行半定量分析,激活素受体在胎盘m RNA水平的表达采用PCR法分析。结果:两组激活素受体ⅠA、ⅠB表达差异不明显(P>0.05),观察组ⅡA、ⅡB在(++),(+++)的百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组ⅡA、ⅡB在(-)的百分比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胎盘组织激活素受体ⅠA、ⅠB基因表达与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组胎盘组织ⅡA、ⅡB表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胎儿生长受限患者胎盘激活素水平明显要高于正常胎盘,激活素紊乱会导致胎儿生长受限。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect normal fetal restricted normal term placenta and fetal placental activin receptor expression,analyze activin receptor expression and fetal growth retardation.Method:16 cases of fetal growth restriction at term placenta were selected as the observation group and 15 cases of normal term placenta were selected as a control group,placental tissue by HE staining analysis,site of placental tissue expression of activin receptor by immunohistochemistry method analyzed and semi-quantitative analysis,activin receptor m RNA expression level in the placenta by PCR analyzed.Result:The activin receptor ⅠA,ⅠB expression was not significantly different of the two groups(P>0.05),the observation group type ⅡA and ⅡB in(++),(+++) percentage were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group type ⅡA and ⅡB in(-) the percentage of significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Placental tissue of patients in the observation group activin receptor ⅠA,ⅠB and gene expression in the control group no significant difference(P>0.05),placenta observation group ⅡA,ⅡB expression was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fetal growth restriction placental activin levels were significantly higher than normal placenta,activin disorder can lead to fetal growth restriction.
