【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜下大径线子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效、安全性及可行性,进一步指导临床提供依据。方法:回顾性分析本院2013年1月-2014年10月住院收治的行腹腔镜下大径线子宫肌瘤剔除术患者119例作为观察组,同期住院收治的行传统开腹手术下大径线子宫肌瘤剔除术患者112例作为对照组,对两组患者术前、术后的临床资料进行分析,观察两组患者手术情况、术后疼痛程度情况及并发症情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肛门排气时间、术后镇痛药使用情况以及住院时间明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下行大径线子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种安全可行的微创手术方法,临床疗效显著,具有术后恢复快,并发症少等优点,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect,safety and feasibility of large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under laparoscopic, further to provides the basis to guide clinical.Method:the clinical date before and after the operation of the 231 patients from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, 119 patients with large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under laparoscopic as observation group, 112 patients with large diameter line uterine fibroids rejecting operation under traditional open surgery as control group.the operation conditions, degree of postoperative pain and complications of the patients were analyzed and compared.Result:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).The anal exhaust time, using of analgesic, and postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the values between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative pain degree of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications of the two groups had significant differences, it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy for large diameter line is a safe and effective minimally invasive operation method, the clinical curative effect is remarkable.It has the advantages of faster postoperative recovery and less complications.It is worthy of clinical reference.更多还原
