【摘要】 目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:使用随机数字表法将本院收治的108例支气管哮喘患者分为联合组和对照组(n=54),对照组单用舒利迭进行治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗后的FVC、FEV1、PEF值及临床控制率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的哮喘积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘,可有效缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with Seretide in treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:Using a random number table 108 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into the control group and the combination group(n=54).The control group was treated with seretide,the combination group was treated with seretide and montelukast,comparing the treatment effects of two groups.Result:The combined group FVC,FEV1,PEF values and clinical control rate after treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Asthma integral combined group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast joint Seretide treatment of bronchial asthma,which can effectively relieve symptoms, improve ventilation,significant clinical effect, should be widely applied.更多还原
