【摘要】 目的:探讨微创治疗对改善肝胆外科治疗效果的影响。方法:以肝胆外科腹腔镜手术对比传统开放性手术为例,对微创技术在肝胆外科的治疗效果进行分析。结果:腹腔镜手术组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均小于传统开放性手术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创治疗对改善肝胆外科治疗效果有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.Method:To analysis the treatment effect of surg gynecot in minimally invasive with laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery in Surg gynecot for example.Result:The time of surgery,hemorrhagic in operation,recovery time gastrointestinal,hospital stay,the ratio of complications of laparoscopic surgery in Surg gynecot was obviously lower than traditional open surgery,the differences was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is very significant for minimally invasive treatment to improve the therapeutic effect of department of hepatobiliary surgery.更多还原
