【摘要】 目的:研究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者心率变异性(HRV)和Q-Tc离散度的临床特点。方法:入选78例确诊的冠心病患者为冠心病组,入选64例冠状动脉造影正常的为对照组,所有研究对象均进行24 h动态心电图监测,对两组的心率变异性和Q-Tc离散度指标进行统计学分析。结果:冠心病组的心率变异性指标SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50、SDANN较对照组明显降低,Q-Tc离散度较对照组明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者心率变异性明显降低,Q-Tc离散度明显延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reseach the clinical character of the heart rate variability(HRV) and QT dispersion in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:The patients with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography confirmed(CHD group,n=78) and normal coronary angiography examiners(control group,n=64) were chosen and given 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.The parameters of HRV and QT dispersion were calculated, and the features of these parameters were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Result:HRV(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,pNN50,TP and HF)decreased in CHD group compared with control group(P<0.05),while QT dispersion prolonged in CHD group compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:HRV is decreased and QT dispersion is prolonged in CHD patients.更多还原
