【摘要】 目的:研究个性化护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量的影响。方法:选取2011年1月1日-2013年6月30日住院部收治的50例恶性淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,采用对照研究的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行个性化护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量评分及心理评分。结果:两组患者护理后在SAS评分、SDS评分以及各项生活质量指标评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性淋巴瘤患者采用个性化护理干预后效果显著,有利于提高护理质量,提升患者化疗后生活质量,具有较高的临床实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss influences of individualized nursing intervention on life quality of patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy. Method: Fifty patients with malignant lymphoma admitted the Inpatient Department from January 1, 2011, to June 30, 2013 were selected as research subjects, who were divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group with the method of control study, patients in the control group accepted routine nursing, and patients in the observation group accepted personalized nursing intervention, life quality scores and psychological evaluation of patients between the two groups were compared. Result: The comparisons of SAS score, SDS score and life quality index score of patients between the two groups showed that differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of personalized nursing intervention applied on patients with malignant lymphoma is significant, making for improving the nursing quality and life quality of patients after chemotherapy, imposing high clinical practice significance.更多还原
