【摘要】 目的:了解和掌握健康教育和针对性护理对稽留流产患者的效果。方法:以设计问卷的形式对本院收治的68例患者进行问卷调查,回顾分析调查结果,以采用健康教育和针对性护理进行治疗,观察患者对相关健康知识的需求状况以及治疗前后的满意程度。结果:通过问卷调查发现,稽留流产患者最为注重的是有关流产后遗症、相关疾病、流产手术疼痛、家属的心理反应以及在此妊娠的注意事项等方面的健康教育知识。除此之外,治疗后的总满意率95.6%,高于治疗前的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员应该针对稽留流产患者的健康知识需求对其进行相关的健康教育工作的普及并针对性地采取护理措施,以改善患者的身体状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand and master the effects of health education and targeted nursing on patients with missed abortion.Method:68 cases of patients admitted in our hospital were investigated by designed questionnaire and the results were reviewed and analyzed.The patients were given health education and targeted nursing,their requirement for health-related knowledge and the level of satisfaction were observed.Result:Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that patients with missed abortion paid more attention to the health education knowledge related to abortion sequela,relevant diseases,pain of abortion surgery,families’ psychic reaction and attentions for next pregnancy.In addition,the total satisfaction rate after treatment was 95.6%,which was higher than that before treatment(70.6%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing staff should popularize relevant healthy knowledge and targeted nursing measures to patients with missed abortion based on their requirement to healthy knowledge,in order to improve the patients’ physical condition.更多还原
