【摘要】 目的:通过对血浆EBV-DNA定量分析中晚期初治鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)不同分期中的差异性,进一步探索血浆EBV-DNA定量在鼻咽癌的发生、诊断和分期中的临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应测定60例中晚期初诊鼻咽癌患者外周血浆中的EBV-DNA水平。结果:Ⅲ、Ⅳa、Ⅳb+Ⅳc期NPC EBV-DNA阳性率均为100%,Ⅲ期中位拷贝数为6.00×103 copies/m L,Ⅳa期中位拷贝数为15.15×103 copies/m L,Ⅳb+Ⅳc期中位拷贝数为43.60×103 copies/m L。结论:初诊中晚期鼻咽癌患者中不同分期的鼻咽癌外周血浆EBV-DNA水平有明显的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the analysis of plasma EBV-DNA quantification in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) in different stages, further confirmed that plasma EBV-DNA quantification in diagnosis and staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the clinical significance.Method:Using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay in 60 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma peripheral plasma EBV-DNA level.Result:Ⅲ, Ⅳa, Ⅳb NPC EBV-DNA positive rate was 100%; the median copy number was 6.00×103 copies/m L in Ⅲ stage; the median copy number was 15.15×103 copies/m L in Ⅳa stage; the median copy number was 43.60×103 copies/m L in Ⅳb+Ⅳc stage.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in different patients with newly diagnosed advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in peripheral plasma EBV-DNA level.更多还原
