【摘要】 目的:探讨分析X线钼靶联合彩色多普勒超声检查在乳腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2011年10月-2013年1月在本院治疗的128例经手术或活检证实的乳腺癌患者作为研究样本,对128例患者行数字钼靶X线摄影、彩色多普勒超声还有两者联合检查,对乳腺癌诊断的特异度、灵敏度等指标与病理分析诊断符合率进行对比分析,研究X线钼靶联合彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:相比于单纯应用钼靶X线检查、彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌诊断的准确度、灵敏度以及不同病理类型乳腺癌诊断,两者联合检查诊断的符合率更高,且上述组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经本院研究表明,X线钼靶联合彩色多普勒超声检查可有效提高患者乳腺癌检查的准确度,并且可以降低对患者的误诊、漏诊等,有较高的诊断应用价值,应当推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography with CR molybdenum target in breast cancer.Method:128 cases treated by operation or biopsy confirmed breast cancer patients were selected in our hospital from October 2011 to January 2013 as research sample.CR molybdenum target,color doppler ultrasonography and the joint inspection were used by 128 patients with breast diseases.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates were compared with pathological type.CR molybdenumtarget,color doppler ultrasonography and the combination of two methods were analyzed and compared.Result:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates compared with pathological type of the joint inspection were significantly higher than by using color doppler ultrasonography or CRmolybdenum target separately,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint inspection has great significance to improve the accuracy on inspection of breast cancer and it is worth to promote the occurrence of decrease misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical,should be widely used.更多还原
