【摘要】 目的通过问卷调查,了解北医系统皮肤科住院医师规范化培训的部分现状及存在的问题,对此进行总结并提出一些建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,通过对北医系统三家医院(北京大学第一医院、北京大学人民医院、北京大学第三医院)皮肤科的52名住院医师进行问卷调查。结果回收完整填写表52份,回收率100%。待遇、工作负荷等是住院医师规范化培训过程中的重要影响因素。住院医在培训过程中收获颇丰,需要克服诸如医患矛盾、经济压力等困难。培训期间可开展出国交流、新技术等活动。结论应加强对住院医规范化培训过程中客观影响因素如经济压力大、工作负担重等的关注,开展出国交流、新技术、公益等辅助活动,丰富完善北医系统皮肤科住院医规范化培训制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the current situation and existing problems of Peking University Health Science Center system, and summarize and put forward some suggestions. Methods One self-designed questionnaire was designed for52 residents of the skin department of Peking University Health Science Center system,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results Treatment, work load and so on were the main influencing factors in the standardized training of residents.In the course of training, the harvest was rich; meanwhile, residents should over come the difficulties such as the contradiction between doctors and patients, economic pressure and so on. Abroad exchange, new technology and other activities could be carried out during the training. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the influence factors such as economic pressure,burden of work and so on. Carry out abroad exchanges, new technology, public welfare and other auxiliary activities. And improve the system of the skin department of Peking University Health Science Center system.更多还原
