【摘要】 目的观察急性期寻常型银屑病患者服用白芍总苷(Total glucosides of paeony,TGP)后外周血白细胞介素(IL)-12、IL-35的变化,进一步探讨TGP治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法选取26例急性期寻常型银屑病进展期患者,给予口服TGP(3次/d,2粒/次),连服2个月,服药前后抽取外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测血清中IL-12、IL-35的水平。同时选取25例健康对照组。结果急性期寻常型银屑病患者外周血IL-12表达水平为(288.69±12.92)pg/m L,高于健康对照组(131.14±9.83 pg/m L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),服用TGP后,表达水平下降至(130.79±10.23)pg/m L,与服药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与健康对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性期寻常型银屑病患者血清IL-35表达与健康对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分别为(24.40±3.81)pg/m L和(28.20±4.04)pg/m L。银屑病组服TGP后,IL-35上升至(55.76±11.62)pg/m L,与健康对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TGP可能通过调节IL-12、IL-35的表达水平而对银屑病起治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the action mechanism of toal glucosides of paeony(TGP) to psoriasis through the variation of interleukin-12(IL-12) and interleukin-35(IL-35) in the blood of patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris after taking TGP.Methods 26 patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris were taken TGP(three times a day, two capsules one time) for two months.Their peripheral blood were collected before and after taking TGP, and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELLSA)was performed to determine the serum level of IL-12 and IL-35 as well as 25 healthy human controls. Results The patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris showed a higher level of IL-12[(288.69±12.92) pg/m L] compared with the healthy controls[(131.14±9.83) pg/m L, P<0.01]. There was no significant difference of the level of IL-35 between them [(24.40±3.81) pg/m L,(28.20±4.04) pg/m L respectively, P>0.05]. After taking TGP, the level of IL-12 declined to normal [(130.79±10.23) pg/m L]. And the level of IL-35 ascended to(55.76±11.62) pg/m L. Compared with healthy controls, there was significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion TGP can treat psoriasis by regulating the expression of IL-12 and IL-35 level probably.更多还原
