【摘要】 计算机辅助语音自我调查(ACASI)是一种人群调查新技术,其设计初衷是对敏感问题进行调查,从而保护受访者隐私,提高耻感问题的报告率。本综述从介绍传统精神卫生调查模式入手,分析了现有精神卫生调查技术存在的问题,介绍了ACASI在毒品使用、性行为相关问题、家庭暴力等研究领域的应用情况,探讨了该技术在精神卫生调查领域的应用价值以及实施时的注意事项,从而为未来拟采用该技术开展调查的研究者提供可操作性的实施指南。更多还原

【Abstract】 Audio Computer-assisted Self-interviews(ACASI) is a newcomputer-based technology which is developed to protect participants’ privacy and encourage them to report "shameful" behaviors when assessing sensitive questions.This reviewintroduces traditional survey methods in psychiatric epidemiological studies and analyses current problems in such studies.Based on applications of ACASI technology in studies on drug use,sexual behaviors or domestic violence,the reviewaddresses the value of conducting mental health survey by ACASI and demonstrates key issues and potential problems during the applications,so as to provide practical guidelines for future studies.更多还原
