【摘要】 [目的]研究RECK在结肠癌及正常肠组织中的表达,探讨RECK在结肠癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移中的作用。[方法]应用免疫组织化学法(SABC)检测104例结肠癌和20例正常结肠黏膜组织中RECK基因的表达。[结果]RECK在结肠癌中的阳性表达率为65.38%,低于在正常结肠黏膜组织中的表达(100%)(P<0.05),并随肿瘤临床Dukes分期的提高、淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度的降低而降低(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠癌组织中RECK呈低表达,检测RECK的表达对结肠癌的诊断、治疗和预后的判断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the expression of reversion-inducing cysteine-rich protein with Kazal motifs(RECK)in colorectal cancer and normal colorectal mucosa,and to probe the role in colorectal carcinoma.[Methods]Immunochemical staining was used to detect the expression of RECK protein in 104 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa.[Results]The expression of RECK in colorectal carcinoma was significantly lower(65.38%)than that in normal colorectal mucosa(100%)(P<0.05),and reduced with the decreased histological differentiation,the increased Dukes stages and occurrence of lymphatic(P<0.05).[Conclusion]RECK is lowly expressed in colorectal carcinoma.RECK play important roles in the infiltration and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.Detection of RECK may be used in prognosis judgement of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
