复合材料液压机四角调平缸支撑结构的优化

【摘要】 四角调平的设计对整个压机的精度具有决定性的影响,本文对调平系统进行可行性分析,文中对复合材料液压机的四角调机构进行了数值模拟,对四角调平支架结构进行有限元分析,并对四角调平的支撑机构进行了结构优化。对改进后的调平支架结构进行模拟分析,模拟结果表明该调平缸支架结构可以可靠保证系统的准确调平。

【Abstract】 With the extensive application of composite products,the accuracy of the composite product requirements is also increasing. In order to make the hydraulic equipment to meet the requirements of complex precision parts,the improvement of hydraulic stiffness and anti-bias load capacity is needed. As a composite hydraulic machine to ensure accuracy of the four corners of the main structure is leveling mechanism. Corners leveling design has a decisive impact on the accuracy of the press. Four corners of the composite hydraulic leveling mechanism was simulated,and the four corners of the supporting institutions leveling structure is optimized.
