【摘要】 目的回顾性总结甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗未破裂异位妊娠患者的心理和生理护理方法及经验。方法选取96例本院妇科收治的异位妊娠患者,采用肌内注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗。结果本组中,成功85例(成功率89%),因恐惧认为是化疗而放弃者4例,转手术治疗7例。结论甲氨蝶呤治疗未破裂异位妊娠成功率高,规范用药、积极的心理和生理护理、药物不良反应处理,是保证未破裂异位妊娠患者甲氨蝶呤治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the methods and experience of the psychological and physiology care of unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with methotrexate( MTX). Methods A total of 96 unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with MTX in department of gynecology were treated by MTX muscle injection. Results Of the 96 patients,85( 89%) was succeed,4 was failed due to chemotherapy and 7 patients transferred to operative treatment. Conclusion The method of treating unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients with MTX is successful. Standardized drugs administration,active care of psychology and physiology,and handling of adverse drug reactions are keys to successful treatment in unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with MTX.更多还原
