【摘要】 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者在行无创呼吸机面罩通气中使用中空梯形泡沫敷料预防面部压疮的应用效果。方法将COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者82例,随机分成对照组和观察组各41例,对照组采用常规方法直接戴合适型号的面罩,观察组患者使用无创呼吸机之前在面部受压部位粘贴泡沫敷料,观察2组患者面部压疮及皮肤不适症状的发生情况。结果对照组患者压疮22%,面部皮肤不适症状65.9%,而观察组患者压疮2.4%,面部皮肤不适症状17.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泡沫敷料应用于无创呼吸机面罩通气患者,可有效预防面部压疮的发生,减轻面部皮肤的不适症状,增加患者呼吸机治疗的耐受性和依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of hollow ladder foam dressing in the prevention of facial pressure sores in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD)combined with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 82 COPD patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method,and the observation group was treated with foam dressing on the pressured face. And the facial pressure sores and discomfort symptoms of facial skin were observed. Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcer was 22% in the control group and 2.4% in the observation group,the incidence of facial skin discomfort symptoms was 65. 9% in the control group and 17. 1% in the observation group. The difference were statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Foam dressing is effective in preventing the occurrence of facial pressure sores,reducing the discomfort symptoms of facial skin and enhancing the adherence of respiratory treatment for patients with non- invasive respiratory mask.更多还原
