【摘要】 目的探讨阴式分娩中无保护会阴接生法的临床应用效果。方法选择本院正常分娩的初产妇80例,随机分为2组,每组40例。观察组采用指法无保护会阴接生,对照组采用传统保护会阴方法接生。比较2组产妇会阴侧切率、会阴阴道裂伤率及会阴疼痛情况。结果观察组的会阴侧切率为30%,会阴中度疼痛率为7.5%;对照组的会阴侧切率为80%,会阴中度疼痛率为32.5%。观察组会阴侧切率及会阴疼痛均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论指法无保护接产与传统的保护性接产相比较,能降低初产妇会阴侧切率,减轻产妇会阴疼痛,提高产妇的舒适度,值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of unprotected perineum midwives in puerperas with vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 80 primiparas with normal delivery were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. Observation group was conducted with unprotected perineum midwives,while control group was conducted with the conventional protective perineum midwives. Rate of lateral episiotomy,rate of vaginal laceration of perineum and condition of perineal pain were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group,the rate of lateral episiotomy was 30%,and the moderate pain rate of perineum was 7. 5%. In the control group,the rate of lateral episiotomy was 80%,and the moderate pain rate of perineum was 32. 5%. The rate of lateral episiotomy and condition of perineal pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional protective perineum midwives,unprotected perineum midwives can reduce the rate of lateral episiotomy in primiparas,alleviate the perineal pain and improve comfortable degree,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
