【摘要】 目的观察腹腔镜胆囊手术（LC）后颈肩痛的成因及相关护理干预。方法选择行腹腔镜胆囊手术的患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组,采用不同方法行腹腔镜胆囊切除术并实施不同护理手段,比较2组患者的颈肩痛发生率及康复时间。结果观察组的颈肩痛发生率比对照组低,恢复时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论降低CO₂气腹压力、改变手术体位、排出余气、持续吸氧、心理护理手段都能有效降低颈肩痛发生率和缩短康复时间,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the reasons and nursing interventions of patients with neck and shoulder pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ LC）. Methods A total of 64 patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with different methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and nursing measures. The incidence rate of neck and shoulder pain as well as rehabilitation time were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rates of neck and shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the rehabilitation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group（ P < 0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing measures such as reduction of CO₂ pneumoperitoneum pressure,change of operation position,discharge of residual gas,continuous inhalation of oxygen and mental nursing can effectively reduce the incidence rate of neck and shoulder pain and shorten rehabilitation time,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.更多还原
