【摘要】 针对目前我国重点实验室的服务企业与企业合作创新的现状,多角度进行了分析研究。该文分析了重点实验室在创新服务、技术转移、运行机制等方面所存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法:健全考核机制、建立长效的合作机制;营造良好的产学研合作创新的社会环境;保护知识产权,激励技术转移;搭建公共技术平台,商业化运作流程;合作形式多样化;建立评估和披露机制,对产学研合作成果进行监督等。同时指出政府为两者在创建平台、搭建桥梁所起到的重要作用,旨在实现重点实验室的示范辐射作用,更好地服务社会服务企业。更多还原
