【摘要】 黄绿绿僵菌处理对烟草蚜虫AChE和GSTs活性的影响表现为:初期抑制作用不明显,随处理时间的延长出现显著的抑制作用。其最早出现抑制效应和达到最大抑制效应的时间为:AChE分别出现在处理后的32 h和40 h,GSTs则分别出现在处理后的48 h和56 h。黄绿绿僵菌处理后36 h,烟草蚜虫开始逐渐死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the invasion of yellow Metarhizium fkavoviride,the performance of activity of ACh E and GSTs in tobacco aphid showed: the inhibitory effect is not obvious at first,with the treatment time extending,the inhibition appeared. The first time that the inhibition effect and the time of maximum inhibition effect were: ACh E appeared respectively at 32 h and 40 h after the treatment; The time of GSTs,respectively,was 48 h and 56 h after treatment.
