Effects of Low Temperature on Physiological Indexes of Cold Tolerance in Progeny of Cultivated Rice Be Transferred the Total Genomic DNA of Chaling Wild Rice
Km16,the progeny of cold- sensitive rice variety R9810 be transferred the total genomic DNA of Chaling wild rice,and control material R9810 were used to determined the contents of MDA,IAA,ABA,and activities of SOD,CAT and POD at seedling stage under low temperature stress. The results indicated that the content of MDA was slightly lower in Km16 than that in R9810,while the contents of IAA and ABA in Km16 were significantly higher. Similarly,the activities of SOD,CAT and POD were obviously varied in Km16.
