【摘要】 目的:对近10年北京市卫生资源的配置效率进行分析,从而为今后卫生资源的布局和结构提供参考。方法:采用描述性方法对近10年的卫生经费、卫生机构数目等卫生资源进行分析,利用基尼系数分析各区县卫生资源配置公平性,利用数据包络分析给出卫生资源配置的相对效率以及造成无效或弱有效的原因。结果:近10年卫生资源配置呈增长的趋势,但个人卫生支出远高于居民消费价格指数,执业医师工作量加大;各区县的资源配置相对公平;在有些年份存在一些资源没有被充分利用的情况。结论:为了有效地配置资源,应该合理使用有限资源,降低个人卫生支出,增加执业医师数量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of health resource allocation in Beijing in 10 years and provide the basis for health administrative sector. Methods The descriptive statistic was carried to analyze the health funds,the number of health institutions and so on. The equity of f health resource was studied by Gini. The efficiency of health resource allocation was given by DEA.Results The number of health resource is growing,but personal health expenditure is much more than CPI,the workload of doctors is increasing. The health resource allocation is fairness in every district. Some health resources had not been taken good use of. Conclusions: all health resources should been taken advantage of. The personal health expenditure should been decreased. The number of doctor should been increased.更多还原
