【摘要】 目的观察宫颈病变患者血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)的表达状况,并探讨其对宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法应用化学发光法检测930例宫颈癌患者、193例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者及72例健康女性血清SCC-Ag的含量,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系,并计算临床诊断评价指标。结果宫颈癌组血清SCC-Ag的表达水平较良性对照组和正常对照组均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,血清SCC-Ag水平与宫颈癌的病理类型、组织学分级及FIGO分期相关(P<0.01)。以正常组及良性组为参照,血清SCC-Ag诊断全组宫颈癌的敏感度为65.59%(610/930)。结论血清SCC-Ag在宫颈癌中高表达,并与宫颈癌的病理类型、组织学分级、FIGO分期密切相关,对宫颈癌的辅助诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen( SCC- Ag) in patients with cervical lesions,and to evaluate the clinical significance for diagnosis. Methods The serum SCC- Ag contents were detected by chemiluminescence( CLIA),and the results were compared among 72 healthy individuals,193 patients with benign lesion diseases and 930 patients with cervical cancer. The potential correlation between serum SCC- Ag and clinic pathological characteristics was analyzed. The diagnostic index for cervical carcinoma was also calculated. Results The expression levels of serum SCC- Ag in cervical cancer patients was significantly higher than those in the benign lesion group and the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Logistic retrospective analysis showed that,serum SCC- Ag was closely related to pathological type,histological grade and FIGO stage( P < 0. 01). Regarding the benign group and normal control group as reference,the diagnostic sensitivity for entire cervical cancer was 65. 59%( 610 /930). Conclusion Serum SCC- Ag with high- expression in cervical cancer is significantly correlated with pathological type,histological grade and FIGO stage,and has an important assistant diagnostic value for cervical cancer.更多还原
