哈萨克族受检人群肥胖与代谢综合征的关系

【摘要】 目的分析哈萨克族受检人群肥胖与代谢综合征的关系。方法对哈萨克族受检人群进行抽样检查,采用氧化酶法测定甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG);化学修饰酶法测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);直接一步法检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果哈萨克族受检人群的代谢指标检测,除了高密度脂蛋白水平男性低于女性外,其他指标男性均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,男性和女性代谢综合征检出率增加。肥胖情况下男性和女性代谢综合征的检出率分别是47.5%和23.3%,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性和女性肥胖人群罹患代谢综合征的发病风险分别是正常人群的14.854倍和16.739倍。结论哈萨克族受检人群MS及其代谢组分表现出性别差异和特点,肥胖情况下患病风险急剧增加。因此通过健康教育,减少体重,控制代谢性紊乱以及由其引发的心脑血管疾病发生具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between obesity and metabolic syndrome in the detected Kazakh people.Methods The Kazak population were conducted for sampling inspection,and triglycerides( TG),total cholesterol( TC),fasting blood glucose( FPG) were detected by oxidase method; high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C) was detected by chemical modification enzyme method; and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL- C) levels were detected with direct one step method. Results Except the high- density lipoprotein levels,other metabolic indicators in men were higher than women,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The detection rate of MS increased with increasing age in men and women. The detection rates of MS were 47. 5% and 23. 3% in men and women who had obesity,showing that in men was higher than women,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The risk of men and women with obesity getting metabolic syndrome were 14. 854 and 16. 739 times of the normal people. Conclusion The crowd of Kazak subjects with MS and metabolic components showed gender differences and characteristics of MS increasing dramatically under obesity,so through health education,body weight control,it maybe useful to control metabolic disorders,and the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
