固相萃取-离子色谱法检测面及面制品中溴酸盐方法的建立
Establishment of the determination method of the bromate in flour and flour products by solid phase extraction-ion chromatography
【摘要】 目的建立固相萃取-离子色谱法检测面及面制品中溴酸盐的含量。方法面及面制品中的溴酸盐用纯水超声提取后,用IC C18柱、ICAg/H柱及ICNa柱净化,以4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3-0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,采用DIONEX IonPacAS23,4 mm×250 mm(带lon PacAG23,4 mm×50 mm保护柱)分离,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。结果峰面积与溴酸盐的浓度为0.5 ng/ml5.0 ng/ml时,浓度和峰面积具有良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程为y=0.078 6x-0.024 5,相关系数(r)为0.999 92,回收率为83.3%107.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%6.8%,检出限为0.35 mg/kg。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、结果准确可靠,适合面及面制品中溴酸盐含量的检测。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of bromate in flour and flour products by solid phase extraction-ion chromatography. Methods Bromate in flour and flour products was ultrasonic extracted by pure water,and then purified by IC C18 column and ICAg / H column and IC Na column,leached by 4. 5 mmol / L Na2CO3-0. 8 mmol / L NaHCO3,separated by DIONEX IonPacAS23,4 mm × 250 mm( using lonPacAG23,4 mm × 50 mm as protection pillar). Finally the bromate was detected with conductivity detector,and quantified with external standard method. Results When the concentration was among 0. 5 ng / ml-5. 0 ng / ml,there was a good linearity between the peak area and the bromate content,and the standard curve regression equation was y = 0. 078 6x-0. 024 5,with correlation coefficients( r) of 0. 999 92,and the recovery rate of 83. 3%-107. 3%,the relative standard derivation( RSD) was among 4. 9%-6. 8%. The minimum detection concentration was 0. 35 mg / kg. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and is applicable to the determination of the bromate in flour and flour products.
