高效液相色谱法测定食品包装纸中的5种荧光增白剂

【摘要】 目的建立一种快速有效高效液相色谱-荧光检测法同时检测包装材料纸中5种双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂。方法样品经乙腈-水-三乙胺(40∶60∶1,V/V)超声提取。Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱,以甲醇-乙腈-四丁基溴化铵-水(三乙胺调p H=8.0)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,通过荧光检测器检测。结果 5种荧光增白剂(C.I.113、C.I.71、C.I.85、C.I.24、C.I.353)可以较好的分离,其在0.01 mg/L~20.0 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)≥0.999 2。当添加水平为1.0 mg/L和5.0 mg/L时,方法的回收率为80.2%~93.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~6.4%。结论该方法简单、准确度高、选择性高,可用于快速检测食品包装材料纸中的5种荧光增白剂。

【Abstract】 Objective A detection method is developed in this study to simultaneously detect five different kinds of 4,4’-diaminostilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid fluorescent whitening agents( DSD-FWAs) in packaging paper by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods Samples were ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile / water / trimethylamine( 40∶60∶1,V / V) and then the target agents were separated on Eclipse XDB-C18 column,Methanol-acetonitrile-TBA-water( p H =8. 0) was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1. 0 ml / min,and then detected with a fluorescence detector. Results Five kinds of DSD-FWAs including C. I. 113,C. I. 71,C. I. 85,C. I. 24 and C. I. 353 can be effectively separated. There were good linearity in the concentration range of 0. 01 mg / L-20. 0 mg / L with correlation coefficients greater than 0. 999 2. The average recoveries of the five compounds ranged from 80. 2% to 93. 2% at the spiked levels of 1. 0 mg / L,5. 0 mg / L with relative standard deviations( RSD) of 2. 5%-6. 4%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and highly selective,and can be used for the rapid determination of the five FWAs in food packaging paper.
