【摘要】 目的研究成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病(LADA)患者的抑郁心理因素与其谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADAb)水平的相关关系。方法采用病例对照的研究方法,分析LADA患者抑郁的情感因素与GADAb水平之间的关系。结果LADA合并抑郁症患者的GADAb水平显著高于非抑郁症患者GADAb水平;LADA合并抑郁症患者的焦虑/躯体化、迟缓、绝望感、认知障碍分以及HAMD总分显著高于非抑郁症患者,而体质量、日夜变化、睡眠障碍等因子在抑郁症与非抑郁症患者比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LADA患者中,出现脆性糖尿病的患者的GADAb水平与非脆性糖尿病患者的GADAb水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LADA患者患抑郁症与否可能与其GADAb水平相关,GADAb滴度高者患抑郁症的风险增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between depression and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody( GADAb)level in latent autoimmune diabetes in adults( LADA) patients. Methods Using a case-control study to analyze the correlation between emotional factors of depression and GADAb level in patients with LADA. Results GADAb level was significantly higher in LADA patients with depression than that in LADA patients without depression; the scores of anxiety / somatization,slow reflection,depression,cognitive disorder,and the total hamilton rating scale for depression( HAMD) scores were significantly higher in LADA patients with depression than those in non depression patients,and there were no statistical significance on the differences of body mass,diurnal variation,and sleep disorders between LADA patients with depression and LADA patients without depression( P > 0. 05); there was no statistical significance on the difference of GADAb levels between LADA patients with brittle diabetes and LADA patients without brittle diabetes( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Whether LADA patients may suffer from depression or not may be related with their GADAb level,and higher level of GADAb may increase the risk of depression in LADA patients.更多还原
