三门峡市农村小型集中式供水及分散式供水卫生指标监测分析

【摘要】 目的了解三门峡市农村小型分散式、集中式供水卫生状况。方法对三门峡市的渑池县和卢氏县的27个农村小型分散式供水村、陕县的16个农村小型集中式供水村的水质检测。检测项目为细菌总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群。结果卢氏县15个村的水质细菌总数不合格率为100.00%,高于渑池县与陕县。渑池县12个村与陕县16个村的水质细菌总数不合格率差异无统计学意义,分别为70.83%、78.13%。这3个县的水源水与用户水、出厂水与末梢水细菌总数不合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),大肠菌群不合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三门峡市部分农村小型分散式、集中式供水卫生状况不容乐观,细菌总数不合格率很高、大肠菌群不合格率为15.12%,有引起水源性传染病暴发的危险。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the hygienic status of rural small scattered and centralized water supply in Sanmenxia city. Methods 27 small decentralized water supply villages in Mianchi and Lush,and 16 small central water supply villages in Shan county were tested for water hygienic quality. Testing items were total bacteria,total coliforms,and the thermotolerant coliform bacteria. Results The reject ratio of total bacteria in rural small- scale decentralized water supply of 15 villages in Lushi was 100. 00%,higher than that in Mianchi and Shan county. Mianchi and Shan county had no significant difference in the reject ratio of total bacteria in rural small dispersed and centralized water supply,which were 70. 83%,78. 13% respectively. And the source water and finished water,used water and peripheral water of these 3 counties had no significant difference in bacteria total unqualified rate( P > 0. 05). The coliform unqualified rates of these 3 counties in rural small decentralized and centralized water had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The health status of rural small decentralized and centralized water supply in some counties of Sanmenxia is not optimistic; the unqualified rate fo total number of bacteria is high and the failure rate of the large intestine were 15. 12%,and which may be a risk for the outbreak of water borne infectious diseases.
