沈阳市2013年-2014年流感监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的通过对2013年-2014年沈阳市流感监测结果进行分析,了解流感流行规律,为制定流感防控措施提供依据。方法采集全市哨点医院和暴发疫情的流感样病例数据和样本,对病原学的监测结果资料进行整理分析。结果2013年-2014年沈阳市流感样病例占就诊病例的4.75%。全市哨点医院共采集流感样病例咽拭标本1 321份,流感病毒核酸检测阳性率为20.06%,分离到135株流感病毒,分离率为50.94%。其中甲型H1N1型71株(52.59%)、B型(Yamagata系)51株(37.78%)、季节性流感H3N2型13株(9.62%)。全市报告流感疫情2起,均为B型流感暴发,其中1起为B型混合感染。结论 2013年-2014年沈阳市流感活动高峰后移,核酸检测结果更能准确地反映流感流行情况,流感毒株对MDCK细胞系敏感度下降。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the results of influenza surveillance in Shenyang during 2013- 2014,to explore the pattern of influenza circulation,so as to provide basis for the measures making for influenza control and prevention. Methods To select the data and specimen from influenza- like illness( ILI) in the guarding hospitals and outbreak areas,and to regulate and analyze the pathologic surveillance results. Results The ILI attendance rate in outpatients and emergency patients was 4. 75%from 2013 to 2014. From the guarding hospitals in Shenyang a total of 1 321 swab samples were collected with RNA- positive percent of 20. 06% and 135 strains were isolated,and the separation rate was 50. 94%,consisting of 71 strains of A / H1N1subtype( 52. 59%),51 strains of type B Yamagata- lineage( 37. 78%) and 13 strains of seasonal H3N2 subtype( 9. 62%). A total of 2 outbreaks were reported and both were tested positive for influenza of type B,of which 1 outbreak was co- infected with type B. Conclusion The epidemical peak seasons of influenza in Shenyang from 2013 to 2014 were later than usual. Nucleic acid test results can more accurately reflect the influenza epidemic situation. And the sensitivity of the influenza viral strains to the MDCK cell line decreased.
