雨生红球藻粉90d喂养试验研究

【摘要】 目的评价雨生红球藻粉的安全性,为进一步开发雨生红球藻粉提供科学依据。方法 96只SD大鼠,雌雄各半,按体重随机分为对照组和3个雨生红球藻粉剂量组。对照组给予粉饲料,3个剂量组分别给予1.8 g/kg、3.6 g/kg、7.2 g/kg的雨生红球藻粉,连续喂养90 d。每周记录大鼠进食量、体重变化并观察中毒症状。于试验中期和末期取血进行血常规和各项血生化指标测定,试验末进行大体解剖观察和组织病理学检查。结果大鼠一般表现良好,生长发育正常。对体重、食物利用率均无明显影响,对大鼠肝功能、肾功能、血液学指标无明显影响。组织病理学检查显示,除有少许常见自发病变外,均未观察到与摄入样品有关的组织病理学变化。结论本实验条件下未观察到雨生红球藻粉有明显的毒性反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety of Haematococcus pluvialis meal,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of Haematococcus pluvialis meal. Methods According to the weight,96 SD rats( half for male,half for female) were randomly divided into powder fodder control group and three experimental groups in which the doses of Haematococcus pluvialis meal were 1. 8 g / kg,3. 6 g / kg and 7. 2 g / kg,respectively. Each group was fed with subjected content for 90 days continuously. The food intake and weight variation were recorded every week and the poisoning symptom was observed. The routine blood test and blood biochemical indexes detection were performed at the mid and late experiment. At the end of the experiment,the cardinal organs were taken for histopathology examination. Results Rats generally performed well with normal growth and development. There was no obvious effect on the body weight and food utilization,and had no significant effect on liver function,renal function and blood index of rats. Histopathological examination showed that except for a few of the common spontaneous lesions,the histopathological changes were not observed in the samples related to the intake of the samples. Conclusion Overt toxicity effect of Haematococcus pluvialis meal was not observed under this experiment conditions.
