【摘要】 目的了解恶性肿瘤患者的人芽囊原虫感染情况及临床特点,为采取相应的防治措施提供依据。方法对2013年4月-2014年4月广西医科大学第一附属医院和肿瘤医院683例恶性肿瘤住院患者,进行人芽囊原虫的病原学检查,并分析感染情况。结果受检者人芽囊原虫感染112例(16.40%),其中黏液脓血便组(A组)的感染率显著高于其他类型粪便组(P<0.001);不同性别、年龄间感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同治疗组中,化疗组的感染率最高,为26.40%;在不同肿瘤类别组中,消化系统组的感染率最高,为28.51%;低白蛋白组感染率显著高于白蛋白正常组(P<0.001);免疫功能低下组感染率显著高于免疫功能正常组(P<0.001)。结论恶性肿瘤患者中存在一定程度的人芽囊原虫感染,应及时诊治,以防贻误病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection status of the Blastocystosis hominis and the clinical characteristics in patients with malignant tumours,so as to provide basis for the prevention measures. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014,a total of 683 hospitalized patients with malignant tumor in the First Affiliated Hospital and the tumor hospital of Guangxi Medical University were tested for etiological examination. In addition,the infection situation were analyzed. Results The Blastocystosis hominis was infected in 112 cases( 16. 40%),with significantly higher infection rate in the mucopurulent bloody stool than other types of stool( P < 0. 001). The difference of infection rate had no statistical significance among different sex and ages( P >0. 05). In the different treatment groups,the chemotherapy group had the highest infection rate of 26. 40%. In the different tumor types,the digestive system neoplasm group had the highest infection rate of 28. 51%. The infection rate in the low albumin group was significantly higher than that of the normal albumin group( P < 0. 001). On the other hand,the infection rate in the impaired immunity group was significantly higher than that of the normal immune function group( P < 0. 001). Conclusion There is a certain degree of Blastocystosis hominis infection in patients with malignant tumor,and timely diagnosis and treatment should be taken in consideration to avoid any delay of the illness.更多还原
