【摘要】 目的了解2010年-2013年镇海区食品安全的基本状况,有利于对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。方法回顾分析2010年-2013年镇海区果蔬、熟肉制品、酱腌菜等9类食品的卫生状况,并对4年中各类食品的合格情况以及各类食品的不合格项目进行统计分析。结果 2010年-2013年镇海区9类食品的合格率基本一致,总合格率为87.59%,蔬果等6类食品的合格率>80%,熟肉制品、豆制品、饮料3类食品的合格率相对较低。结论某地区9类食品的检测结果总体状况较好,食品检验中项目不合格的主要原因是微生物污染;熟肉制品、豆制品、饮料3类食品具有一定的安全隐患。建议有关部门加强食品卫生监测,尤其要对某些超标样品进行重点关注和监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the situation of food safety in Zhenhai district so as to pay more attention and supervision to some samples exceeding the standard. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed food hygiene situation of cooked meat and other nine categroies of foods in Zhenhai district from 2010 to 2013,and to calculate and analyze the qualification situation of various types of foods for nearly four years and the disqualification situation of various types of food items. Results The qualified rates of nine categories of foods were basically same in each year; the overall qualified rate was 87. 59%; the qualified rate of the six categories of food security,such as fruits and vegetables,was more than 80%; the qualification rates of cooked meat,bean and beverages were relatively lower. Conclusion The detection of food in this area is generally good; the main reasons of unqualified food inspection was microbial contamination; the qualification rates of cooked meat,bean,and beverages are of the certain security risks. It’s suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the health monitoring,especially pay focus attention and supervision to some samples exceeding the standard.更多还原
