【摘要】 目的报道1株从腹泻患者粪便中分离到的同时发生鞭毛抗原减弱和α-β位相变异2种变异的沙门菌。方法将待检沙门菌株划线分离至营养肉汤-营养琼脂平板,并使用相诱导血清进行诱导,使其复原。结果沙门菌株在营养肉汤-营养琼脂平板上传代3代,其第2相H抗原能与相应诊断血清发生反应;使用相诱导血清诱导后,其第1相H抗原能与相应诊断血清发生反应。结论在沙门菌血清分型中应综合考虑各影响因素,特别是H抗原发生自然变异和/或结构受损现象,达到正确分型的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To report a Salmonella strain on which flagellum antigen weakening and 2 species of α- β phase variation simultaneously happened. Methods The tested Salmonella strains were placed onto nutrient broth- nutrient agar plate and were induced with phase induction serum for recovery. Results Salmonella strains were aged in nutrient broth- nutrient agar plate 3 generations,and after being induced,the 2nd phase H antigen could react with the corresponding diagnostic serum; the1 st phase H antigens could react with the corresponding diagnostic serum after being induced with phase induction serum. Conclusion Salmonella serotyping should consider all influence factors,especially the H antigens occured natural variation and / or structural damage phenomenon,in order to achieve the purpose of correct serotyping.更多还原
